Native of St. Louis, MO, relocated to Naples, Florida in 1988. Earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia, with a major in Accounting and a major in Finance and Banking. Over 23 years of experience in Residential Construction and Land Development.

Monica Mason

Born in St. Louis Missouri. Relocated to Tampa, Florida to attend the University of Tampa. Earned a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Sales and Marketing and a minor in Business. Earned a Florida Real Estate Sales License in 1989 and a Florida Real Estate Brokers License in 1991. Over 14 years experience in the Real Estate Industry. President and Broker of Mason Realty, Inc.

Joseph L. Mason, Chairman

Formerly the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of a diversified real estate development firm with operations in St. Louis Missouri; Orlando, Tampa, Naples, Ft. Lauderdale and New Port Ritchy, Florida; Louisville, Kentucky; Alton, Illinois; and Denver, Colorado.

The Company was ranked by Builder Magazine as one of the largest homebuilders based upon annual starts and by Professional Builder Magazine based upon annual revenues.

Mr. Mason was the founder of the company and has been active in numerous and varied business, civic, fraternal and political activities for more than 35 years. He has served actively in the following capacities.
